Ingle Builders is recognized as one of the premier custom home builders in the greater Lake Norman area. Mark is the owner and president of Ingle Builders, Inc. A 1978 graduate of East Lincoln High School, he studied carpentry under George Dellinger in the Trade and Industry class. After working locally as a carpenter for nearly ten years, he then became a licensed contractor and formed Ingle Builders, Inc. in 1986.
Mark continues to be well informed about the building industry and takes great pride in the quality of custom homes he builds. He insists on honesty, professionalism, and hard work from all of the people involved in that process.
Mark is involved in various building trade associations on a local, state, and national level. He continues to follow overall changes and innovation in the construction industry. He is on the board of Lincoln County Home Builders and the LLC Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders and NC Home Builders.
Cindy, Mark's better half, is the office manager of Ingle Builders, Inc. A 1977 graduate of East Gaston High School, she attended Gaston College and earned a degree in computer science with a minor in accounting. Cindy assists Mark in the building process as a design/products consultant. She is also responsible for the financial well being of the company, fulfilling roles in payroll, HR, accounting, and cost analysis. Cindy enjoys serving faithfully at Freedom Church and spending time at the beach, but her absolute favorite thing in the world is being Nana to her seven grandchildren.
Jake is Mark's office assistant extraordinaire and has been with Ingle Builders for four years. He handles client communication and relations. A 1989 graduate of UNC Charlotte, he earned his degree in business administration. Jake is a valued asset in the everyday operations of the company, serving as client liaison and playing a major role in project management. He schedules most meetings with clients as well as assists them in making design decisions on their home.
Joel has been a vital part of Ingle Builders since its inception. After graduating from West Lincoln High School in 1981, he learned to read blueprints and lead carpentry crews at Summey Building Systems in Dallas, NC. He joined Chapman & Ingle in 1984 and stayed with Ingle Builders after their split in 1986. Serving as job superintendent for over 35 years, he has played a significant role in the success of Ingle Builders in building quality custom homes. Recently retired, Joel is definitely considered part of the family and still occasionally helps out when he’s not busy hunting and fishing. He is married to the love of his life, Rhonda Chapman Davis, has two children, Nicole and Zack, and four grandchildren. Joel and Rhonda attend Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Vale.
“Pee Wee” began his tenure at Ingle Builders as a part-time employee while attending North Gaston High School, transitioning to full-time employment upon his graduation in 1988. With carpentry courses taken during high school, he has established himself as one of the premier trim carpenters in North Carolina. Recently, David has moved into a supervisory role, where he is instrumental in maintaining project schedules and supporting subcontractors with their onsite tasks and responsibilities. He resides in Denver with the love of his life, Tammy Bass Haynes. In his leisure time, Pee Wee enjoys hunting and fishing, and telling people about the wonderful saving grace of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Michael is the newest member of the Ingle Builder's team. Originally from Pennsylvania, he previously lived in Fort Mill, SC where he owned a small handyman business and was a dock builder on Lake Wylie. He and his wife, Brandy, now live in Cherryville with their baby boy, who is the joy of their lives.
